Kelly Finley founded Joy Street Design in 2011 with the simple idea that, "Everyone deserves to live in a home they love."

And by everyone, she means Everyone from her high end clientele to the community she serves through her nonprofit arm,Joy Street Initiative. This unique format creates jobs and opportunities for local businesses while partnering with organizations like Ruby's Place to bring dignified temporary housing for a wide range of people transitioning out of hardship or trauma.

所以当“独屋挑战”开始的时候，凯莉带着她的A –game团队在8周内将整个房子变成了“希望之家”，一个新的Ruby's Place庇护所，为需要紧急援助和支持的青少年提供必要的帮助。

So of course when One Room Challenge came around, Kelly brought her A-game transforming an entire house in just 8 weeks into House of Hope a new Ruby's Place shelter for teens needing critical assistance and support.

It's no mistake Kelly chose soothing paint colors like Whispering Winds, Out of Plumb, and Great White to create a sense of reassurance and calm dotted with hopeful happy accents for throws, pillows, and art. The combination of colors exudes a nurturing calm with a message of hope and worthiness.

Each room has a distinctive look created with luxurious layers and comfy textures. Even the bathroom feels optimistic and empowering with a confident tile pattern and clean modern fixtures.

Ruby's Place has been providing loving shelter in their community for 50 years. They lead with kindness and empowerment for all of their shelters and services.
